Hilton Harris, CCIM
 
Hilton Harris, Broker and CCIM has been involved in real estate sales, leasing and development since 1986. Hilton worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Certified Public Accountant from 1981 to 1986. Hilton was Vice President Finance for Arizona Building & Development Co. in Phoenix, Arizona from 1986 to 1988 and was involved in all types of real estate development and specialized in shopping center development and leasing. He moved to Flagstaff in 1988 to join Babbitt Brothers Trading Company as Vice President and Director of Real Estate. He later held the position of President from 1997 to 1999. Babbitts’ operations included hospitality and retail businesses. Additionally, Hilton was directly responsible for all aspects of Babbitts’ real estate.
 
In 2004, the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute awarded him the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Hilton is one of 15,000 professionals internationally to hold the CCIM designation. A CCIM is recognized as an expert in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and they form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world.

 
Hilton is a cum-laude graduate of Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accounting, and is currently very active in the Flagstaff community.
